Provides daily sales and partner support for ISO/MRP channel partners, including contract management, document and underwriting review, pipeline updates, partner communications, CRM record maintenance, onboarding, recertification, and account assignments. Coordinates with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Operations, and Underwriting while responding to partner inquiries and maintaining accurate records. Supports partner relationship management, communicates policies and incentives, and helps ensure compliant, timely processing of financing opportunities.

Supports sales operations by documenting SOPs and policies, improving workflows, maintaining Salesforce data, tracking tasks in Jira, monitoring process compliance, preparing operational reports, and assisting with approvals, access issues, training materials, and cross-functional process improvements.

Develop and maintain Python backend services, primarily with Flask, while designing scalable architecture and integrating legacy systems. Build AWS solutions using Lambda, Cognito, SNS, SQS, and DynamoDB; maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code with OpenTofu and Terraform. Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, contribute to technical decisions and engineering standards, review code, and mentor junior developers.
