Leads enterprise Data and AI strategy, architecture, operating model, and transformation delivery. Translates corporate priorities into roadmaps, governed data products, lakehouse platforms, and reusable agentic AI capabilities. Establishes responsible AI, data governance, evaluation, release, and observability controls for regulated environments. Provides hands-on technical leadership in architecture, SQL, modeling, orchestration, prototyping, and production readiness while managing teams, vendors, budgets, executive stakeholders, and transformation outcomes.

Leads architecture, engineering standards, and delivery for a Snowflake-centered enterprise data and AI platform. Oversees data products, ELT pipelines, modeling, quality, security, reliability, legacy migration, and AI/ML data foundations. Manages distributed internal, partner, and offshore engineering teams; reviews designs and code; establishes CI/CD and operational practices; and partners with governance, business owners, and program leadership to deliver validated, production-ready capabilities.

Leads Kapitus’ core lending product portfolio, including term loans and lines of credit. Owns product P&L, strategy, pricing, go-to-market execution, competitive intelligence, roadmap prioritization, regulatory alignment, and financial outcomes. Partners with Product Delivery, Risk, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and executives. Manages and develops a team of product managers while identifying opportunities for AI and machine learning to improve underwriting, decisioning, offers, and borrower communications.
