Manage and collect outstanding receivables, prioritize high-value and high-risk accounts, resolve payment issues, and maintain accurate records. Partner with finance and commercial teams by providing payment-behavior insights, support decision-making, improve collection processes, and ensure compliance, documentation, and reporting accuracy. The role focuses on Italy and requires native-level Italian, fluent English, finance systems knowledge, and experience with credit and collections.

Supports brand marketing initiatives for skincare and haircare portfolios, including integrated campaigns, social content development, influencer partnerships, public relations, product sampling, community management, and product launches. Collaborates with brand, global marketing, trade marketing, finance, sales, and agency teams while assisting with day-to-day portfolio growth activities.

Supports FP&A for Kao’s Professional Haircare business across the Nordics. Responsibilities include management reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, P&L and profitability analysis, cost management, pricing and promotion assessments, and commercial decision support. The role partners with senior leaders and budget holders, consolidates planning inputs, provides financial insights, and ensures accurate, timely reporting and compliance.
