Manage daily order processing and SAP customer files, analyze forecasts and inventory, monitor promotional orders and shipments, investigate and improve service levels, produce monthly KPI reports, and facilitate cross-functional and customer meetings to maximize on-time delivery and fill-rate metrics.

Support technical services compliance by managing GMP registrations, license renewals, and compliance systems; lead compliance forum; liaise with QA, RA, and external consultants; assist stability study protocol, sample handling, testing and reporting; research regulatory pathways and respond to urgent compliance issues.

Support and execute integrated brand marketing (social, media, retail, influencer, PR, sampling), lead performance reporting and insight-driven analysis to guide strategy and media investment, and assist P&L/budget tracking and financial planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to launch innovations and ensure on‑brand, compliant executions.
