Manages a portfolio of online retail accounts, including relationship management, joint business planning, sales forecasting, commercial negotiations, retail media, digital shelf optimization, and performance reporting. The role owns customer plans and supports sales, profit, and market share objectives while collaborating with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Category, and Shopper Marketing teams.

Lead Kao’s top UK Grocery and Value Retail accounts, owning customer P&Ls, sales, profit, trade spend, forecasting, and financial performance. Develop and execute joint business plans, customer strategies, and trade plans for brands including John Frieda and Bondi Sands. Build senior customer relationships, optimize promotional investment, collaborate with marketing and category teams, identify growth opportunities, and provide leadership across account management activities.

Manage UK domestic and export customer orders from receipt to delivery and billing, ensuring On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance. Coordinate EDI processes and SAP customer master data, work with 3PLs and internal teams to resolve shortages, returns, and claims, and drive service improvements. Support order prioritisation for promotions and launches, maintain accurate databases, and assist the Manager with logistics process and performance improvements.
