Kantox Benefits Overview

Lead a team of two controllers and own forward-looking financial planning, management accounting, P&L forecasting, cash-flow modeling, commercial controlling, SaaS metrics, and executive reporting. Partner with senior leadership on business cases, budgets, commissions, profitability analysis, and regulatory reporting. Drive automation and digitalization of controlling workflows, Power BI dashboards, data pipelines, financial policies, and internal controls.

Owns Kantox’s Revenue Operations function, leading the RevOps team, BNP Paribas commercial relationships, reporting, forecasting, CRM and analytics processes. The role drives cross-functional commercial execution across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Marketing; oversees budgets, compensation plans, governance, AI-enabled workflows, sales performance metrics, and strategic commercial meetings. Based in Barcelona, the Director reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and influences company-wide scaling initiatives.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales for German-speaking DACH companies: build and manage pipeline, engage CFOs/Treasurers, create financial ROI business cases, close contracts, and partner with Customer Success to implement and expand.
