Own Kantoko’s marketing function from the ground up, leading strategy and execution across paid acquisition, brand, and community. The Founding Head of Growth & Marketing will work closely with the founding team to reach people seeking ADHD care, establish the company’s marketing capabilities, and support growth in an early-stage startup environment.

Own and evolve the patient mobile app built with React Native and Expo: ship features, improve architecture, ensure reliability and performance, manage releases to App Store/Play Store, implement push, deep links, auth and accessibility, and collaborate with product and design.

Build the marketing function from scratch and own end-to-end marketing: paid acquisition, brand, and community. Set strategy, execute campaigns, and define the role as the company scales in early-stage product-market fit.
