Build AI-powered applications and agentic workflows using LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, APIs, and structured and unstructured data. Develop document ingestion and semantic search systems, evaluate model outputs, improve reliability and performance, and integrate AI capabilities into backend product workflows. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to solve customer problems, experiment with emerging AI techniques, and deliver production-oriented solutions.

Owns accounting, monthly close, billing, collections, revenue recognition, commissions, AP, forecasting, reporting, and finance systems for a SaaS company. The role leads the Stripe usage-billing implementation, US and India tax compliance, financial modeling, board and investor reporting, external finance partners, and hiring the first accountant. Requires extensive SaaS finance experience, hybrid subscription and usage billing expertise, ASC 606 knowledge, US GAAP close ownership, and startup process-building experience.

Own customer marketing and growth programs that drive SaaS adoption, expansion, renewal, advocacy, and community engagement. Partner with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Events to segment accounts, develop lifecycle communications, manage customer advocacy and advisory programs, host events, collect customer stories, and establish performance metrics. The role requires strong cross-functional project management, customer communication, AI fluency, and travel to major trade shows or customer events 3–4 times annually.
