Designs methodologies and discussion guides, moderates research, synthesizes consumer insights, and develops actionable recommendations for brand, innovation, customer experience, and marketing decisions. Coaches junior researchers and contributes to proposals, pitches, and thought leadership.

Leads qualitative consumer research projects from design through delivery, including interviews, focus groups, workshops, ethnography, co-creation, and online communities. Moderates research, synthesizes findings into compelling insight narratives, and develops commercially relevant recommendations for brands, innovation, customer experience, and growth strategies. Manages timelines, budgets, client relationships, proposals, pitches, and thought leadership while integrating innovative methodologies and AI-enabled tools.
