Prepare medical billing, follow up on claims, post payments to accounts receivable ledgers, and answer patient billing questions. Resolve issues while providing courteous, timely, and informative service by phone and on-site. The role prefers two years of billing or accounts receivable collections experience, a high school diploma, medical coding knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Manage accurate and timely CMS, federal, and state quality reporting for an orthopedic hospital, including eCQMs, NHSN, HCAHPS, Hybrid Measures, and THA/TKA PRO-PM. Partner with clinical leaders and IT to improve documentation and data capture, monitor regulatory changes, and support quality initiatives. Requires a detail-oriented Registered Nurse with clinical experience and direct CMS reporting knowledge. BSN and CPHQ are preferred.

Provides safe and effective perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing complex orthopedic surgical procedures, from preoperative preparation through transfer to recovery. Collaborates with operating room professionals, follows surgical protocols, and supports patient safety throughout procedures. Requires a Kansas RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of operating room or relevant experience. ACLS certification and orthopedic operating room experience are preferred.
