Lead Drupal and WordPress website build and support projects from kickoff through completion. Manage client relationships, backlogs, budgets, timelines, risks, quality reviews, resource allocation, and escalations. Translate technical concepts for clients, troubleshoot basic site issues, improve delivery processes, and mentor project managers. Coordinate distributed UX, development, and strategy teams while maintaining clear communication and sustainable workloads.

Coordinates designers, developers, and strategists; performs basic site configuration, content entry, and troubleshooting; improves delivery processes; and mentors project managers. This fully remote role requires collaboration during Pacific Time business hours and extensive digital agency project management experience.
