Represents personal injury and property damage clients by evaluating claims, meeting with clients, communicating with insurers, negotiating demands and offers, preparing cases for trial, and conducting jury trials when needed. The attorney must build client trust, provide compassionate service, work independently, communicate effectively, and collaborate with the legal team.

Supports attorneys and litigation paralegals by managing medical records, bills, liens, subpoenas, court filings, case files, calendars, and client communications. The role includes auditing medical expenses, preparing deposition and trial notebooks, coordinating appointments and transportation, communicating with providers and opposing counsel, and interpreting between English- and Spanish-speaking clients. Candidates need bilingual fluency, strong organization, Microsoft Office and PDF software proficiency, and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
