Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including payables, receivables, ledgers, invoices, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and payment documentation. Support GST and TDS compliance, manufacturing inventory and costing records, export accounting, foreign currency reconciliations, MIS reporting, audits, and internal controls. Coordinate with vendors, customers, production, logistics, banks, auditors, and consultants while providing financial information to management in a startup environment.

Support IT operations by managing employee onboarding and offboarding, access, IT assets, MDM, Microsoft 365 and Zoho applications. Maintain ISO 27001 records, audit evidence, security logs, policies, software licenses, purchases, renewals, and process documentation. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams, support infrastructure operations, improve business processes, and use AI tools.

Manage SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects from planning through go-live and hypercare. Coordinate stakeholders, consultants, technical teams, vendors, and leadership while managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, quality, and project governance. Facilitate requirements workshops, steering meetings, UAT, training coordination, change management, status reporting, and cross-functional communication. Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, schedule, business objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
