Manages technical documentation, MBOM release, SAP code preparation, localization, change management, supplier technical assessments, and prototyping. Develops PFMEA, process flow diagrams, work instructions, quality plans, and checklists. Coordinates technical deviations and modifications with European technical personnel, supports component development, and applies fabrication-part costing knowledge across manufacturing domains.

Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including payables, receivables, ledgers, invoices, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and payment documentation. Support GST and TDS compliance, manufacturing inventory and costing records, export accounting, foreign currency reconciliations, MIS reporting, audits, and internal controls. Coordinate with vendors, customers, production, logistics, banks, auditors, and consultants while providing financial information to management in a startup environment.

Support IT operations by managing employee onboarding and offboarding, access, IT assets, MDM, Microsoft 365 and Zoho applications. Maintain ISO 27001 records, audit evidence, security logs, policies, software licenses, purchases, renewals, and process documentation. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams, support infrastructure operations, improve business processes, and use AI tools.
