Manages commercial boiler construction projects from bidding and subcontractor coordination through procurement, contract administration, change orders, scheduling, budgeting, safety, payments, and close client communication. Oversees field staffing, subcontractor performance, RFIs, submittals, cash flow, labor negotiations, and construction quality. Requires extensive knowledge of steam and hydronic heating systems, pumps, fuel codes, plumbing, and electrical systems, with cogeneration, chiller, and HVAC experience preferred.
