Owns administration and ongoing support of a NetSuite OneWorld environment through implementation, testing, cutover, and go-live. Responsibilities include permissions, workflows, reports, dashboards, integrations, reconciliation of automated accounting postings, revenue recognition, franchise billing, mapping maintenance, user training, documentation, and release management. The role partners with accounting, implementation, data, and integration teams while supporting multi-subsidiary U.S. and Canadian operations.

Records and reconciles daily financial transactions, manages cash reconciliation, assists with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, reporting, chargebacks, audits, and general ledger activities. Maintains vendor records, processes purchase card receipts, prepares operational reports, and supports the General Manager with financial controls. The role requires office and outdoor work, schedule flexibility, confidentiality, and occasional driving.

Performs bookkeeping and accounting support, including financial document review, expense report approvals, vendor setup, reconciliations, deposits, invoicing, 1099 documentation, accounting entries, reporting, and administrative tasks. Maintains spreadsheets, records, procedures, and financial tracking while supporting franchise reporting, capital accounting, special projects, and departmental operations. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Word.
