Teams at Kami

Provide administrative HR support including HRIS record-keeping, recruitment and onboarding, payroll and benefits assistance, policy implementation, training coordination, employee relations support, reporting, and general People & Culture administrative duties while ensuring US employment law compliance and confidentiality.

Manage and grow key K-12 accounts across Kami, Companion, and Book Creator by driving adoption, retention, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities. Build stakeholder relationships, create success plans, monitor account health, collaborate with sales/marketing/product, and provide feedback to improve processes and customer outcomes.

Drive pipeline and revenue via targeted, data-driven demand generation campaigns (ABM, paid advertising, lead nurturing). Own marketing automation, lead scoring, routing, and campaign workflows. Align programs with sales to deliver sales-ready leads and test new channels and tactics to grow adoption across schools and districts.
