Leads strategic natural resource and real estate portfolio projects involving reforestation, restoration, conservation finance, and resource management. Responsibilities include strategy development, financial analysis, budgeting, due diligence, negotiations, risk and compliance management, stakeholder engagement, performance reporting, and multidisciplinary team leadership. The role may supervise staff and requires collaboration with government agencies, community groups, vendors, and strategic partners, along with frequent inter-island travel and occasional hiking to remote areas.

Provides campus security through CCTV monitoring, vehicle and foot patrols, access control, traffic and crowd supervision, emergency response, safety inspections, investigations, and detailed incident reporting. The role protects students, staff, visitors, facilities, and sacred sites while enforcing security procedures and responding to incidents using judgment, de-escalation, and defensive techniques. Work includes rotational 24/7 scheduling, outdoor conditions, and possible travel to other locations or neighbor islands.
