Provides administrative support across departments, including calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence, filing, budget monitoring, purchasing, travel and event coordination, enrollment support, reporting, and visitor assistance. Maintains confidential records, supports HR processes, coordinates facility repairs, trains administrative staff, and serves as a central information and file-management resource. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and advanced Excel capabilities.

Provides supervision, safety oversight, classroom management, and instructional support for elementary students. Assists teachers with individual and group instruction, lesson materials, standardized testing, student activities, classroom preparation, and emergency teacher coverage. Coordinates school activities, supports student discipline and study skills, communicates with parents and staff, and completes occasional off-campus errands. This is a full-time, in-person temporary position for the remainder of the school year.

Provides campus security through CCTV monitoring, vehicle and foot patrols, access control, traffic and crowd supervision, safety inspections, emergency response, incident investigations, and detailed reporting. The role protects students, staff, visitors, facilities, and sacred sites while supporting a rotational 24/7 schedule and occasional travel to other locations.
