Provides administrative support across departments, including calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence, filing, budget monitoring, purchasing, travel and event coordination, enrollment support, reporting, and visitor assistance. Maintains confidential records, supports HR processes, coordinates facility repairs, trains administrative staff, and serves as a central information and file-management resource. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and advanced Excel capabilities.

Supports Performing Arts Directors with planning and conducting middle school orchestra instruction. Assists with lesson objectives, activities, student progress communication, classroom organization, materials, time management, and maintaining a positive learning environment. The temporary role requires performing arts knowledge, the ability to manage student groups, and effective communication with students, parents, administrators, and staff. Sensitivity to Hawaiian culture is preferred.

Supports high school students under teacher direction through supervision, instructional assistance, tutoring, classroom preparation, counseling on study skills, activity coordination, test administration, and emergency classroom coverage. Ensures student safety, manages classroom activities, prepares instructional materials, and collaborates with teachers and parents. This temporary full-time role requires a high school diploma, three years of related experience, a valid driver's license, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work with K-12 students.
