Manufacturing Engineer responsible for sustaining production, improving tooling and manufacturing processes, creating CAD models and work instructions, supporting composite-part production, conducting producibility and make-versus-buy analyses, and assisting with lean and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes vendor instruction development, customer interaction, production support, and technical input for proposals and budgets.

Develop and maintain manual and automated electrical test systems from concept through acceptance. Responsibilities include circuit and system design, LabVIEW and TestStand software development, instrumentation and communications configuration, troubleshooting, verification and validation testing, documentation, design reviews, technician training, and project team participation. The role requires collaboration with customers and internal teams and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Quality Engineer II identifies manufacturing nonconformances, leads root cause analysis, and coordinates corrective and preventive actions. The role interprets blueprints, drawings, and military specifications; monitors nonconformance and MRB activities; supports first article inspection; presents quality metrics; participates in program reviews; and assists with training. This position is fully on-site and supports electro-mechanical defense and aerospace manufacturing while ensuring compliance with customer, contract, ISO 9001, and AS9100 requirements.
