Kaluza Benefits Overview

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll using Workday, including payroll processing, reconciliations, statutory deductions, PAYE/NI compliance, HMRC submissions, pensions, benefits, and variable payments. Handle starters and leavers, payroll reporting, month-end and year-end close, payroll queries, statutory liaison, and international payroll tax coordination across multiple countries. The role also involves process improvement and supporting payroll projects.

The Product Manager for Data will lead the rollout of data products for clients, overseeing requirements, development support, adoption, and communication while contributing to a global data model.

Design and deliver tailored training programs (French and English) for Kaluza's SaaS platform. Conduct learning needs analysis, create e-learning and workshop materials, deliver virtual and in-person sessions, provide post-training coaching, monitor adoption metrics, and iterate to drive user proficiency and platform adoption.
