Lead global finance operations including month- and year-end close, consolidation, balance sheet reconciliations, IFRS technical accounting, audit support, international tax compliance, AP/AR and payroll controls oversight. Drive process improvements, automation and team development across multiple jurisdictions while partnering with senior stakeholders and supporting new international entity setups and financial systems.

Lead a technical support engineering team delivering forensic platform-level incident diagnosis, driving fixes and reliability improvements, and building automation and tooling (including AI) to reduce toil. Own on-call rotations, SLA reporting, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination with Product and Engineering. Mentor engineers, shape agile practices, and drive support strategy for Australian clients while ensuring continuity across time zones.

Build high-fidelity, reusable demo backends, APIs and prototype services using GenAI-accelerated workflows. Implement contract-first REST/GraphQL APIs in Node.js/TypeScript, deploy demo infra on AWS with Terraform, integrate persistence (Postgres/DynamoDB), collaborate with frontend, product and presales teams, mentor peers, and occasionally demo to clients.
