Own and scale Kaltura's self-serve Product-Led Growth experience. Optimize activation funnel, run A/B experiments, define PLG entry points and packaging, partner cross-functionally, instrument user journeys, and track KPIs (activation, conversion, time-to-value, PLG revenue, PQLs).

The role involves managing enterprise customer accounts, driving renewals and revenue growth, and ensuring customer success with Kaltura's AI-powered video platform. Responsibilities include strategic customer partnership, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer outcomes and support digital transformation initiatives.

Design end-to-end product experiences: research, wireframes, flows, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align user needs and business goals. Create polished demos, storytelling assets, and product marketing materials. Use AI-powered tools to accelerate design, validation, and delivery. Temporary 6-month maternity-cover role.
