Responsibilities include engine health monitoring, performance analysis, maintenance and shop visit planning, vendor coordination, life-limited parts tracking, materials support, budgeting, records management, and FAA compliance. The role supports engine reliability, availability, cost control, and operational readiness while providing on-call assistance and occasional travel to vendors and maintenance facilities.

Monitor and coordinate scheduled and in-progress cargo flights from origin to destination. Prepare flight releases, flight plans, runway analyses, and weather information; ensure fuel, permits, slots, deicing, and ground handling are arranged. Exercise joint operational control with pilots, assess airport suitability, coordinate maintenance limitations, and address weather, crew, scheduling, and maintenance issues affecting safety or delays.
