Supervises aircraft records processes and Records Analyst staff, ensuring accurate maintenance time and cycle records. Reviews work accomplishment documentation, maintains manual and automated filing systems, produces reports, and enforces controlled-document security procedures. Oversees entry of regulatory requirements, including airworthiness directives, inspections, and approved deviations. Improves departmental processes, trains staff, manages workloads and schedules, and coordinates records requests with internal and external stakeholders.

Supports the airline Safety Department and Safety Management System through program administration, risk analysis, accident prevention, software and Reliance system support, data collection, trend reporting, statistical analysis, and presentations. The role coordinates multiple projects, maintains safety standards, provides technical assistance to participating departments, and supports managers and staff while working in office, outdoor, and hazardous environments.

Supervises Operations Assistants in an Operations Control Center environment, ensuring accurate and timely operational communications. Provides coaching, desk coverage, performance monitoring, training development, process improvement, SOP implementation, and procedural compliance. Requires knowledge of cargo operations, strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, communication skills, and the ability to guide staff. Prior Operations Assistant experience is strongly desirable, while leadership experience is preferred but not required.
