Medication Aide supports residents by dispensing, pouring, and documenting medications; performing accuchecks and vital signs; monitoring and reporting condition changes; answering call lights; completing records and incident reports; ordering medications; contacting physicians and outside agencies; and maintaining resident dignity, confidentiality, and safety.

Assist cook in preparing and serving meals for residents, following menus and therapeutic/modified diets. Set up trays, check tray cards for allergies and portions, serve meals, prepare nourishments, clean utensils and prep areas, follow infection control and safety procedures, assist with social dining, and attend required training. Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and comply with health screenings.
