Design and evolve Kaizen Gaming’s design system across web and native experiences. Create reusable components, patterns, foundations, tokens, documentation, and accessibility guidance while partnering closely with frontend engineers from concept through implementation and release. Support design system governance, align Figma libraries with production components, and help product teams adopt scalable solutions without limiting innovation.

Manage internal business systems, Active Directory, identity platforms, cloud environments, and third-party applications. Provide second-level support, troubleshoot complex authentication and directory issues, implement automation, support incident response, and collaborate with security, network, engineering, vendors, and managed service partners. The role also involves deploying software and enterprise AI tools, improving system reliability and security, and maintaining technical documentation.

Leads corporate communications across Germany, Denmark, and Belgium, focusing on external communications, media relations, PR, corporate reputation, CSR, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications. Develops market-specific communication strategies, manages media and agency relationships, coordinates events and CSR initiatives, supports internal communications and employer branding, and monitors reputational impact. Requires strong writing, storytelling, project management, relationship-building, and AI literacy skills.
