Provides administrative support in an aluminum extrusion facility, including communications, phone coverage, customer file maintenance, order document review, invoicing, shipping documentation, scanning, and records management. Supports management and office personnel while following environmental, quality, and safety procedures. Requires strong organization, communication, computer, typing, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.

Improve plant equipment reliability and maintainability through failure analysis, preventive and predictive maintenance, spare-parts management, equipment upgrades, and cross-functional engineering support. The role provides technical expertise to production and maintenance teams, manages reliability projects, supports repair and redesign decisions, and reports performance to leadership. Work occurs onsite across office and manufacturing environments, with occasional domestic and international travel.

Corporate subject-matter expert for hydraulic systems across heavy industrial sites. Develop standards, improve reliability, lead root-cause analyses, support design and capital projects, implement predictive and condition-based maintenance, manage vendors, deliver training, and provide on-site/remote outage support with frequent travel.
