They accelerate talent into the fields of AI safety and policy by building a robust ecosystem of researchers, policymakers, and technical professionals. Their strategy involves scalable research mentorship through SPAR, supporting university clubs via Pathfinder, and expanding the ecosystem's operational capacity through the Generator Residency.
