Teams at Kaiko

Produce data-driven research and visualizations on crypto and DeFi markets using Kaiko data. Write newsletters, long-form reports, and bespoke client research; support sales and marketing with expert commentary; present insights to clients and media.

Serve as a technical client-facing analyst supporting account management, client onboarding, custom solution delivery, production monitoring, and sales enablement. Build client relationships, troubleshoot issues, develop bespoke DevOps solutions, maintain monitoring frameworks, communicate fixes and post-mortems, and feed product feedback to internal teams to improve offerings.
