Develops and maintains SharePoint and web applications, including responsive HTML/CSS interfaces, JavaScript features, templates, portals, workflows, and multimedia content. Manages website content, SharePoint environments, SQL functionality, permissions, change management, testing, and optimization. Troubleshoots Microsoft 365 and SharePoint issues, supports governance and compliance, and translates business requirements into user-centered digital solutions while collaborating with designers and stakeholders.

Designs, develops, tests, and maintains enterprise applications, asset and service management systems, databases, reports, interfaces, and Ruby on Rails applications. Administers ITSM platforms, creates technical documentation and user manuals, supports system integration and automation, troubleshoots issues, and communicates system analysis concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role supports a government customer and requires minimal guidance, DoD certifications, and a Secret clearance.

Provides desktop and end-user support for a government client, including configuring, troubleshooting, reimaging, patching, and repairing Windows systems, Office applications, peripherals, wireless services, handheld devices, and collaboration tools. Manages Active Directory objects, uses SCCM for remote support, maintains IT compliance, assists users during events, generates reports, and recommends improvements.
