Litigation Associate Attorney will handle civil litigation matters as part of the firm’s appellate team across California offices. Responsibilities include monitoring trials, applying strong legal research and writing skills, collaborating with experienced attorneys, and developing appellate expertise. The role offers mentorship, training, partnership-track opportunities, benefits, flexible PTO, and base compensation of $150,000–$200,000 plus discretionary and hours-based bonuses.

Represent clients in civil litigation and appellate matters, monitor trials, collaborate with attorneys, develop legal skills through training and mentorship, and contribute to the firm’s inclusive culture. The role requires at least three years of civil litigation experience, California bar membership in good standing, excellent references, and a stable employment record. Insurance defense and appellate experience are preferred.
