The Data Quality Analyst establishes and monitors enterprise data quality standards across sales, finance, operations, supply chain, loyalty, and customer data. Responsibilities include designing automated Databricks quality checks, profiling and validating datasets, investigating root causes, creating scorecards and dashboards, supporting data governance and stewardship, and partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to improve data reliability and compliance.

Supports day-to-day loyalty program operations across multiple restaurant brands. Configures and tests rewards, promotions, campaigns, and integrations; monitors KPIs and reporting; troubleshoots issues across POS, web, app, and third-party systems; coordinates with vendors, franchisees, operations, and technical teams; maintains documentation and training; and translates technical requirements into practical guidance for business stakeholders.

Develop and execute public relations, media relations, entertainment partnerships, influencer research, and experiential activations across Kahala’s restaurant brands. Responsibilities include pitching media, creating communications materials, coordinating entertainment integrations, planning premieres and events, managing agencies and vendors, supporting on-site activations, tracking coverage, and traveling as needed. The role collaborates with brand teams, entertainment partners, creators, talent representatives, and media outlets.

Oversees the full accounts receivable and order-to-cash cycle, including high-volume invoice preparation, customer payment processing, account reconciliations, aging reports, collections, and resolving past-due balances. The role also supports management reporting, responds to stakeholder requests, completes special projects, and recommends process improvements. Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and at least three years of billing experience are required.
