As a Support Engineer I, you'll provide tier 1 support, troubleshoot IT issues, manage service requests, and ensure customer satisfaction on-site in Dallas.

Build and run an outbound engine targeting SMB owners and executives in defined verticals, generate prospect lists, execute cold outreach (call/email/LinkedIn), book 4-5 qualified discovery meetings monthly, maintain CRM, report results, and recommend process or tool improvements.
