Manage kennel operations and staff to ensure animal welfare, sanitation, compliance, inventory, budgeting, and vendor relations. Lead supervisors, coordinate with veterinarians and HR, and drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Provide on-site IT support: troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, manage Windows/Microsoft 365 environments, maintain secure networks (VPNs/firewalls), manage user accounts and backups, maintain IT inventory, support field teams and training facilities, and train staff on security best practices.

Supervise daily kennel operations and staff to ensure animal welfare, cleanliness, and accurate recordkeeping. Train and evaluate attendants, monitor animal health and behavior, assist with medications per veterinary direction, handle incidents, maintain sanitation protocols, and coordinate with veterinary and training departments.

Generate and send client invoices, monitor and reconcile incoming payments, follow up on overdue accounts, maintain AR records, prepare monthly aging reports, assist audits, and resolve billing issues while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
