Perform day-to-day operational accounting tasks including month-end close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations (P2P, fixed assets, leases, treasury), credit card coding, and audit/tax support. Improve internal controls, ensure GAAP compliance, and support ad-hoc finance projects across the company.

Lead full-cycle business development for DoD and intelligence space customers: identify and shape opportunities, build relationships with government stakeholders and primes, drive capture strategy through proposal and award, provide market intelligence, and support teaming and partner negotiations to scale production of high-power satellite platforms.

Lead end-to-end negotiation and administration of $1B+ in commercial and USG contracts. Draft, review, and negotiate procurement, vendor, subcontract, consulting agreements and NDAs; manage supplier disputes; centralize contract documentation; streamline NDA lifecycle; administer USG contracting compliance including SAM registration and related policies and procedures.
