Recruits and prescreens patients for multiple clinical trials, identifies potential candidates, schedules screening visits, maintains recruitment trackers and patient databases, follows up with patients, and ensures familiarity with study protocols. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bilingual English-Spanish skills and experience in healthcare, patient recruitment, or clinical research are preferred.

Recruits and prescreens patients for clinical research studies, identifies potential participants, schedules screening visits, maintains recruitment trackers and patient databases, and follows up with patients. The role requires understanding study protocols, completing training, coordinating with clinical teams, and communicating effectively with a diverse patient population. It is remote but requires travel to Tampa, Florida.

Supports clinical trial operations by screening and communicating with patients, collecting medical information, performing clinical tasks such as vital signs, ECGs, phlebotomy, and specimen packaging, maintaining study documentation and medication records, addressing sponsor queries, adhering to protocols and regulations, and educating patients and families about clinical studies.
