Provides day-to-day HR operations support across the employee and contractor lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, personnel records, employment verifications, and compliance documentation. Serves as a resource for employees and HR leadership, coordinates access and equipment processes, supports payroll reporting and year-end activities, and handles confidential information with discretion.

Lead the design and operation of a scalable data platform, owning ingestion, orchestration, observability, lineage, data modeling, contracts, and ETL/ELT pipelines. Build Databricks and PostgreSQL solutions, implement data-quality controls, anomaly detection, governance, privacy, and compliance practices, and establish reusable engineering standards. Mentor engineers and ensure reliable, traceable data across markets and product lines.

Conduct forensic analytics for anti-money laundering and financial crime monitoring. Analyze large transactional datasets with SQL and Alteryx, identify suspicious behaviors and emerging typologies, develop and validate detection scenarios, calibrate thresholds, perform lookbacks and segmentation studies, evaluate transaction networks, and support AML investigations, SAR narratives, and regulatory responses.
