Supervise daily indoor karting center operations, including staff training, cash handling, customer experience, race safety, kart maintenance coordination, supply purchasing, scheduling, reporting, facility upkeep, and policy compliance. The role requires weekend and evening availability, strong customer service, physical ability to handle heavy objects, and coordination with management to maintain safe and efficient operations.
