Teams at K1 Investment Management

Identify and build relationships with executives at enterprise software companies, source flagship investments, manage strategic M&A opportunities for portfolio companies, develop investment theses, conduct proprietary market research, and expand the firms industry network. Serve as a representative of K1 in interactions with senior executives and support other business development duties as assigned.

Produce design-forward digital publications, website pages, and multimedia assets. Write and edit content, manage editorial calendar, support event creative and social amplification, use AI to streamline workflows, and build repeatable marketing processes.

The Fund Accountant manages financial and compliance functions, prepares reports, and coordinates with internal and external parties related to fund operations.
