The Fund Accountant manages financial and compliance functions, prepares reports, and coordinates with internal and external parties related to fund operations.

Evaluate prospective software investments through financial modeling, proprietary analyses, diligence coordination, and presentations to the Investment Committee. Meet with executives and advisors, collaborate with deal, finance, accounting, legal, and operations teams, and support portfolio budgeting and capital planning.

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to 1-3 executives, manage schedules, arrange travel, and perform various office duties while maintaining organization and effective communication.
