Build and deploy AI-powered automations, tools, agents, dashboards, data pipelines, and agentic workflows for a private equity firm and its portfolio companies. Evaluate emerging AI models and frameworks, rapidly prototype solutions, and iterate based on user feedback. The role requires strong practical AI tool usage, coding ability in Python or JavaScript, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and five-day in-office work in Manhattan Beach.

Supports private equity business development through industry and target-company research, direct outreach, management call preparation, company analysis, data maintenance, and daily team operations. The intern will learn private equity business analysis, business models, and growth strategies while working alongside senior team members. High-performing interns may receive full-time offers.

Evaluate prospective software investments through financial modeling, proprietary analyses, diligence coordination, and presentations to the Investment Committee. Meet with executives and advisors, collaborate with deal, finance, accounting, legal, and operations teams, and support portfolio budgeting and capital planning.
