Partners with manufacturing and distribution leaders to manage HR processes, employee relations, performance, compensation, workforce planning, staffing, retention, and compliance. Supports hourly employees and frontline supervisors across production and warehouse operations, analyzes workforce trends, maintains HRIS data, coaches leaders, and improves HR processes. The role is onsite in Grand Prairie, Texas, with regular floor presence and occasional evening, weekend, or holiday support.

Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts, analyze sales and market trends, lead cross-functional demand reviews, and optimize inventory targets. Administer Netstock forecasting functions, support product lifecycle planning and monthly SIOP processes, communicate forecast and supply risks, and report on forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory health. Recommend continuous improvements to planning processes and data quality.
