Leads all operations at a welded exhaust systems manufacturing plant, including production, welding, fabrication, quality, maintenance, safety, warehousing, and shipping. Oversees supervisors and workforce development, customer and OEM performance, budgets, continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, equipment reliability, compliance, and operational metrics. Ensures safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement objectives are achieved while supporting audits, launches, corrective actions, and customer requirements.

Programs, sets up, operates, and inspects CNC lathes and mills using Mastercam and manual G-code. Adjusts offsets, tooling, feeds, speeds, and cutter compensation to maintain tolerances. Creates and modifies fixtures, performs full part inspections, manages programs on the company network, tears down setups, maintains machines and fluid levels, and follows safety procedures.

Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts, analyze sales and market trends, lead cross-functional demand reviews, and optimize inventory targets. Administer Netstock forecasting functions, support product lifecycle planning and monthly SIOP processes, communicate forecast and supply risks, and report on forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory health. Recommend continuous improvements to planning processes and data quality.
