Lead People Operations and organizational strategy across corporate and clinical teams. Advise executives, oversee the employee lifecycle, scale the clinical workforce, build clinician career pathways, improve engagement and retention, establish people analytics, and guide culture and organizational design during rapid growth.

Manage and support IT infrastructure for an international organization of 100+ employees. Responsibilities include administering Intune, Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Meraki, and Webex; monitoring systems; troubleshooting technical issues; implementing security protocols; supporting employees; documenting processes; and collaborating across departments. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, automation experience, customer service, and participation in an off-hours support rotation.

Build and operate reliable, privacy-focused full-stack products for AI-powered virtual clinics. Develop front-end clients and Kotlin/JVM backend services, resilient GraphQL APIs, reusable frameworks, and multi-tenant solutions. Enforce performance, accessibility, security, and clinical-grade quality standards; modernize systems with agentic AI tools; resolve complex technical issues; and mentor engineers. Work onsite in New York City four days per week.
