Lead provider operations teams managing licensing, credentialing, onboarding, workforce management, scheduling, and provider support. Build scalable processes, define KPIs and dashboards, develop managers, and partner cross-functionally to launch markets and ensure provider readiness from offer acceptance through first patient.
