Supports the CEO and CPO by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, vendors, and special projects. Owns daily NYC office operations, including supplies, facilities coordination, events, onboarding logistics, employee communications, and guest experiences. The role requires strong organization, proactive judgment, communication, and proficiency with workplace collaboration tools.

Build and operate reliable, privacy-focused full-stack products for AI-powered virtual clinics. Develop front-end clients and Kotlin/JVM backend services, resilient GraphQL APIs, reusable frameworks, and multi-tenant solutions. Enforce performance, accessibility, security, and clinical-grade quality standards; modernize systems with agentic AI tools; resolve complex technical issues; and mentor engineers. Work onsite in New York City four days per week.

Own and evolve Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure across GCP, AWS, Cloudflare, and partner environments. Build Terraform modules and GitLab CI/CD templates, operate self-hosted infrastructure, implement security and compliance controls, lead disaster recovery planning and testing, improve reliability, and develop AI-powered operations tooling. The role includes incident response, on-call participation, cross-functional collaboration, infrastructure leadership, and mentoring junior DevOps engineers.
