Provides customer-facing break/fix support for managed service clients across endpoints, applications, identity, connectivity, servers, Microsoft 365, Intune, networks, backups, security platforms, and physical security systems. Owns tickets through resolution, troubleshoots and documents issues, monitors infrastructure, escalates complex problems, supports field technicians, communicates proactively with clients, and participates in after-hours rotations. The role includes cross-training in physical security systems and development toward Systems Engineer Level 1.

Owns project revenue recognition, billing accuracy, deferred and unbilled balance reconciliations, and project accounting processes. Partners with departmental leaders to track milestones, resolve billing issues, and ensure timely invoicing. Supports month-end and year-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, AP and expense review, audits, financial reporting, and process improvements. Provides billing and accounting coverage while helping strengthen documentation, controls, and cross-training within a small finance team.
