Drives new business sales for managed IT and technology solutions by prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role requires consultative selling, market and competitor knowledge, accurate CRM maintenance, and collaboration with internal teams to support client onboarding and implementation.

Owns project revenue recognition, billing, deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, and work-in-progress reconciliations. Partners with project leaders to ensure timely and accurate billing, supports month-end and year-end close, prepares journal entries and reconciliations, reviews accounts payable and expenses, assists with audits, and improves billing processes and internal controls. Provides coverage for billing and AP functions while serving as a finance contact for project-related questions.

Provides customer-facing break/fix support across Microsoft systems, endpoints, identity, servers, networks, monitoring tools, backups, and physical security platforms. Owns tickets through resolution, troubleshoots issues, documents work, communicates proactively with clients, supports field technicians, and escalates complex problems. The role includes Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, Windows Server, RMM, networking, and security-system administration, with cross-training toward a Systems Engineer Level 1 position.
