Develops Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, automated Power Automate workflows, KPI reports, and performance monitoring solutions. Extracts, transforms, and analyzes data from enterprise systems including Maximo, Oracle Primavera, Workday, and Fieldglass. Supports data integration, process improvement, reporting automation, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, project controls, procurement, finance, IT, and other operational teams.

Manage utility and industrial projects from execution through completion, serving as the primary liaison between clients and contractors. Responsibilities include controlling project documentation, leading teams, implementing quality and environmental procedures, monitoring SPI and CPI performance, resolving cost, scope, schedule, and contract issues, and ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.

Manage multiple electric transmission land and site acquisition projects, coordinating Real Estate, Survey, Engineering, Environmental, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing schedules, milestones, forecasts, risk registers, budgets, and execution strategies; coordinating easements, right-of-way acquisitions, due diligence, permitting, reporting, governance, documentation, and project handoffs. The role requires utility infrastructure project management experience, Primavera P6 proficiency, and knowledge of land acquisition and project controls.
