Supports utility and federally funded projects by assisting with material reconciliation, FEMA team activities, data and work-order updates, schedule tracking, and project administration. The role uses SAP and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, to maintain accurate project information and support stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, analytical ability, initiative, and collaboration skills. A four-year business-related degree and utility experience are preferred, while six years of relevant experience and residency in Long Island or Queens County are required.

Lead substation engineering for transmission and distribution infrastructure projects in West Africa. Responsibilities require planning, designing, and implementing transmission systems; delivering high-voltage substations of 225 kV or higher; supporting HV and MV substation projects involving 33 kV and 11 kV systems; and managing at least one FIDIC Yellow Book contract.

Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, cost controls, forecasts, progress measurements, change controls, and earned value management reports. Verify coding and allocation of project costs, monitor budgets and commitments, analyze critical paths and schedule deviations, forecast delays, and evaluate alternatives. The role coordinates project controls data with financial systems, supports project managers, maintains control databases, and guides personnel on scheduling practices across utility and construction projects.
