Organizes and supervises domestic and international transportation for stores and distribution centers. Responsibilities include carrier coordination and negotiation, delivery tracking, freight invoice and rate control, transport documentation, loading and delivery scheduling, market monitoring, compliance with transport regulations, reporting, pallet-trade analysis, and preparing meetings with sales teams and carriers.

Support leaders across Service Functions, IT, and Sales & Expansion with recruitment, onboarding, talent development, performance management, training, employee relations, labor law guidance, HR concept implementation, and employer branding. The role partners with managers to build high-performing teams and contributes to broader HR initiatives in an international organization.

Drive AI adoption across JYSK by identifying and prioritizing business use cases, delivering training and workshops, establishing responsible AI practices and reusable frameworks, supporting change management, measuring business impact, and coordinating with AI teams and ambassadors. The role partners with senior stakeholders and business functions to embed AI into daily workflows and build organizational capability.
