Lead strategic and transformational projects across JYSK’s international organization. Responsibilities include structuring complex business challenges, developing analyses and business cases, presenting recommendations to senior leaders, facilitating cross-functional workshops, managing stakeholders, driving change and governance, and ensuring measurable business impact. Project Managers lead smaller to medium-sized projects, while Senior Project Managers oversee complex transformation programs and coach colleagues.

Leads outbound planning and a team of two specialists responsible for store replenishment across multiple markets. Sets strategic direction, optimizes product availability, service levels, stock levels, and forecast alignment, and participates in S&OP. The role identifies supply chain risks, drives continuous improvement, collaborates with Purchasing, Logistics, IT, Sales, and Commercial teams, and leads transformation initiatives involving forecasting and replenishment systems.

Provide excellent customer service and drive in-store sales. Maintain a clean, well-stocked store; receive, unpack, and organize merchandise in the warehouse and sales area; and manage responsibility for a designated store section. The role requires enthusiasm, teamwork, flexibility, initiative, comfort with physical work, and availability for weekend shifts, with 24 hours scheduled per week.
