Provide excellent customer service and drive in-store sales while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store. Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise in the warehouse and sales floor, including physical work. Take responsibility for a designated store area and work flexibly, including one weekend day each week.

Supports recruitment administration across JYSK countries, including job postings, candidate screening, employment data collection, recruitment reporting, and process improvements. The role requires strong communication, organization, initiative, independent prioritization, and collaboration. Experience with applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing, or shared service environments is advantageous, while additional language skills are a plus.

Manage and improve secure, stable, and high-performing IT infrastructure across European distribution centres. Responsibilities include designing system standards, migrating VMware environments to Hyper-V, strengthening server security, coordinating server administration activities, optimizing performance and availability, managing patching and service windows, monitoring systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting IT projects with technical documentation.
