Lead and prioritize WMS product development across European distribution centers. Manage a scrum team, coach staff, act as liaison between Logistics and IT, ensure system stability and continuous improvement, make prioritization decisions to maximize business value, and support high-quality deliveries with stakeholder alignment.

Provide excellent in-store sales and customer service, maintain store presentation and stock levels, assist with receiving and unpacking goods, perform physical tasks in warehouse and shop, work flexible hours including weekends, and support team sales targets and KPIs.

Lead local implementation of centrally defined marketing campaigns, manage locally purchased media, secure brand identity, select media and influencers, optimize campaigns, negotiate with partners, ensure legal compliance, support PR and communications, and manage a small team in line with JYSK values.
