Protect store assets and minimize shrink through execution of loss-prevention and key-control policies. Support store management, perform weekly cycle and periodic full inventory counts, manage weekly ordering, and follow opening/closing procedures including alarm checks and security walks. Assist with team leadership and customer service while working varied shifts.

Coordinate ocean and domestic shipments, maintain inventory and order data, manage freight documentation and invoices, liaise with carriers and suppliers, support buyers with forecasting, ordering, and stock replenishment, and monitor KPIs and costs.
