Provides fast, friendly customer service in a retail home-furnishings environment. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge and floor presentation, replenishing stock, assisting with promotional flyer products, and implementing pricing changes. The role requires energy, a positive customer-focused attitude, independent work, and physical activities including standing, climbing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and using ladders or stock pickers.

Coordinates inventory transactions, orders, replenishment, shipments, freight bookings, import/export documentation, customs paperwork, supplier claims, and freight invoice reconciliation. Tracks KPIs, delivery performance, extra freight costs, and vendor compliance. Supports category buying through sales forecasting, stock checks, availability management, ordering, and flyer planning. Requires advanced Excel, database knowledge, strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Manage in-store operations focused on loss prevention, asset protection, inventory control, ordering, key control, and opening and closing procedures. Support store management by reinforcing company values and customer promises. The role requires leadership, teamwork, independent work, flexible availability across evenings and weekends, and physical handling of merchandise, including use of ladders and stock pickers.
