Lead and optimize fixed operations (parts, service, body shop) across multiple locations. Drive team performance, inventory management, customer service, associate recruiting and development, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational efficiency and business goals.

Support branch operations to meet customer service, safety, image, and profitability goals. Oversee daily performance, financial analysis, hiring, training, regulatory compliance, vendor relations, and continuous improvement. Lead teams, resolve customer and associate issues, and drive operational excellence and process improvements.
