Leads discovery for a strategic ecosystem enablement initiative in payments, cards, or digital banking. Owns scope clarification, stakeholder alignment, solution blueprint development, estimation, governance documentation, risk and dependency management, and execution readiness. Coordinates business, PMO, architecture, technology, and delivery teams to produce an approved blueprint, definitive estimates, and a practical delivery plan.
