Own and grow an assigned U.S. K-12 territory through consultative selling, proactive outreach, relationship development, account expansion, and customer retention. Manage customer opportunities, quotes, invoicing support, sales follow-through, Salesforce records, pipeline activity, territory planning, and performance goals. Engage customers through calls, email, virtual meetings, conferences, visits, and professional development events while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve needs and create sales opportunities.

Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backups, and Microsoft 365. Provide application support, troubleshoot integrations, coordinate incidents, participate in deployments, and support security, compliance, automation, and on-call operations.

Develop and execute integrated content strategies across social, video, blog, and influencer channels. Manage social media and video production direct reports, coordinate guest contributors, oversee production workflows, align content with paid campaigns, analyze performance, and manage budgets. The role aims to grow brand awareness, audience reach, engagement, website traffic, conversions, and attributed revenue across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
