Conduct biological characterization of electronic nicotine delivery system liquids and aerosols, perform established biological assays, develop new characterization methods, follow GLP practices, write and execute SOPs, and maintain accurate experimental records. The role requires hands-on aseptic cell culture, laboratory procedures, data management, and experience with biological testing and statistical software.

Leads and develops Territory Managers across a sales division, executes retail sales strategies, improves product distribution and availability, manages sales KPIs, coaches team members, communicates business insights, collaborates cross-functionally, and ensures compliance with local and state regulations. The role focuses on increasing revenue across retail chains, convenience stores, and specialty retailers.

Supports the Senior Technical Project Manager throughout laboratory project lifecycles, including project setup, launch, task monitoring, quality control, sample inventory, documentation, and data integrity. Reviews laboratory records against SOPs and ensures compliance with laboratory protocols, safety standards, FDA guidelines, and ISO 17025. The role requires strong organization, proofreading, prioritization, interpersonal, and documentation skills while working onsite in a Durham laboratory.
