Lead a distributed software engineering team to define strategy, roadmaps, and product requirements for customer-facing experiences. Drive AI-native adoption, align stakeholders on UX and priorities, conduct market research, use data to track product metrics, and communicate features to technical and non-technical audiences.

Executes field sales plans across the Twin Cities territory by expanding retail distribution, improving shelf placement, prospecting accounts, managing retailer relationships, and driving product adoption. Uses Salesforce and other sales tools to track leads, activities, customer data, and KPIs. Conducts product training, supports trade marketing initiatives, attends retailer and distributor events, and reports competitive insights to leadership.

Owns enterprise AI platforms, including tenant administration, LLM gateways, MCP integrations, agentic workflows, cloud AI workloads, security, governance, cost monitoring, and adoption. Builds integrations and internal tooling primarily in Python and TypeScript across AWS and GCP. Partners with cybersecurity, AI governance, finance, and executives to enforce policies, operate reliable systems, and report on usage, performance, and spend.
