Own progress toward product goals, hands-on release testing, issue tracking, product metric monitoring, and workflow analysis for MarTech tools. Coordinate resolutions when problems arise and gradually take ownership of smaller product areas. The role requires structuring ambiguous problems, prioritizing work, writing development-ready documentation, understanding campaign workflows and integrations, analyzing data with BI tools, debugging technical systems, and having shipped a dashboard, tool, workflow, script, automation, or project.
