Owns the architecture, configuration, integration, governance, and continuous improvement of inRiver, Bynder, and Boomi platforms. Integrates PIM, DAM, CRM, commerce, analytics, and ERP systems; develops and monitors Boomi processes; establishes master-data standards; leads technical projects, vendors, budgets, and delivery risks; and provides technical requirements, documentation, training, and executive communication.

Design and develop fabricated sheet metal safety cabinets from concept through production release. Create CAD models, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and specifications; improve manufacturability, cost, quality, and compliance. Lead engineering changes, tolerance analysis, validation, supplier collaboration, and sustaining engineering. Partner with manufacturing, quality, procurement, regulatory, and product teams while supporting prototypes, production issues, corrective actions, and customer-driven configurations.

Develop and integrate new industrial safety products from concept through launch. Build and test prototypes, evaluate components and technologies, troubleshoot hardware, coordinate external engineering and manufacturing partners, support design for manufacturing, and establish an internal prototype and testing capability. The role spans electrical, mechanical, controls, sensing, connectivity, software architecture, supplier qualification, pilot builds, certification, and production readiness.
