Senior Product Designer responsible for shaping mobile gaming experiences focused on content discovery, player motivation, engagement, and retention. The role includes end-to-end product design, prototyping, design-system contributions, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, process improvement, and integrating AI into design workflows. The designer will use research and analytics to drive measurable business outcomes while supporting product growth and maintaining high craft standards across iOS and Android.

Own shareholder reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost control, liquidity planning, KPI governance, and finance business partnering. The role manages reporting for NCSoft, reconciles management and statutory figures, improves BI data integrity, collaborates with accounting and treasury, and mentors a junior FP&A team member while developing into leadership of the controlling function.

Lead and scale mobile platform QA across planning, automation, regression, performance, reliability, contract, and integration testing. Mentor QA engineers, establish quality standards, embed testing throughout development, and drive AI-assisted testing strategies. Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to improve coverage, release quality, platform reliability, and user experience across devices and regions.
