Provides second-line AML oversight for a regulated financial services organization. Reviews and approves SARs, assesses AML investigations and transaction-monitoring controls, identifies high-risk cases, conducts thematic reviews, analyzes financial crime trends, supports risk assessments, and contributes to governance and regulatory readiness. Partners with AML Operations, Compliance, and MLRO functions while applying independent, risk-based judgment to sensitive cases.

Develop and deploy production AI systems using LLMs, integrating them with Perforce, Jenkins, Unreal Engine 5, and existing infrastructure. Build AI-assisted branch integration, crash-report testing and remediation tools, and shared evaluation and monitoring infrastructure. Assess feasibility and risks, support engineering teams, and communicate technical limitations. The role requires strong Python and software engineering experience, with familiarity in CI/CD, automated testing, version control, and human review workflows.

Develop production-ready fullstack features across frontend and backend using React, TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, SQL, and cloud technologies. Build responsive interfaces, backend services, integrations, and data flows while contributing to design systems, security, scalability, and architecture improvements. Collaborate with Product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver user-focused solutions.
