Lead organisational change management for major European IT transformation initiatives, including Salesforce Service Cloud and TMS implementations. Develop change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and communication plans; coordinate training and user enablement; support go-live readiness and hypercare; track adoption metrics; and manage change deliverables across multiple countries. The role requires collaboration with project teams, technical teams, business users and senior stakeholders in a remote international environment.

Develop and maintain a production-ready planning platform using TypeScript and React. Build accessible, responsive, component-driven interfaces with design systems, integrate REST and OpenAPI services, and contribute to state management, architecture, performance, DevOps, and deployment workflows. Collaborate with product, business, and UX teams to deliver intuitive digital experiences while improving existing systems. Preferred experience includes 3D visualization, full-stack development, CI/CD, headless CMS, AI-assisted development, event-driven architecture, observability, and retail planning.

Develop and maintain GCP services, integrations, and data flows supporting a migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Adobe. Responsibilities include designing scalable solutions, troubleshooting integrations, reviewing code and technical designs, documenting decisions, conducting technical investigations, maintaining monitoring and alerts, and providing operational support. The role collaborates with engineers, architects, data engineers, external partners, and platform stakeholders throughout the platform migration.
