Own discovery, strategy, roadmap, execution, and revenue outcomes for Pearl Enterprise products. Lead product prioritization, OKRs, agile delivery, customer discovery, experimentation, MVP definition, AI-enabled feature development, and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with Engineering, AI, Sales, enterprise customers, and leadership to identify opportunities, deliver releases, and maximize business impact in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Lead product strategy, growth, and execution across a portfolio of B2C products. Define roadmaps, prioritize opportunities, drive launches and continuous improvement, and improve conversion, profitability, and customer lifetime value through data and experimentation. Partner with cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and manage, mentor, and develop Product Managers while leveraging AI and emerging technologies.
